As a real estate owner and manager, one of our fundamental obligations is to minimize the environmental impact of our projects and investments to the extent possible. We understand that monitoring for and addressing environmental concerns is a key element of effective corporate governance for our investors and tenants.

We diligently analyze, enhance, and improve the environmental performance of our properties to the extent consistent with our tenants’ specifications.

We work with our tenants’ specifications to prioritize implementing systems and technologies that reduce emissions and resource consumption in our projects to the extent we can influence the build-to-suit process, including:

  • Implementing our tenants’ development asset designs and specifications to promote a healthy environment
  • Encouraging our developer partners to engage with supply chains with the lowest possible environmental impact
  • Encouraging our developer partners to manage our resources efficiently to minimize consumption and waste
