ElmTree Funds Closes Q1 2024 with $145M Capital Deployed

ST. LOUIS, Apr. 25, 2024 — ElmTree Funds (“ElmTree”), a leading industrial net-lease real estate private equity firm, closed Q1 2024 with strong investment activity — transacting on two assets located in the West Coast and Midwest markets. ElmTree CEO & Founder James Koman made the announcement.

These transactions exhibit resilient fundamentals in locations with growing labor forces, strategic access to major distribution arteries, and strong demographics — all critical elements for tenants’ business operations to remain competitive in today’s landscape.
