In September 2022, ElmTree released a detailed labor scarcity report which presented a thorough analysis of how labor scarcity is reshaping the industrial landscape. Nearly a year later, while the fundamentals outlined in the 2022 report remain in place, there are some signs that industrial demand might be starting to level off and labor pressures will subsequently ease as a result.
