ElmTree will seek to identify investment opportunities in the net lease, sale-leaseback, and build-to-suit real estate markets that have strong prospects for attractive risk-adjusted returns over time and across a variety of market conditions and economic cycles. ElmTree targets the acquisition of undervalued and operationally significant assets leased to (or guaranteed by) investment grade tenants and other high credit quality tenants on a long-term basis.
